This merit allows the vampire to interact with mortals without any penalty to their social die pools regardless of his or her humanity score. This vampire has not forgotten how to vitalize their flesh to look human, or respond to subtle cues, or any of the habits mortals use to interact with one another.Alternate Morality- •, ••, or •••, must be bought in order

Follow rules for Hunter: The Vigil Codes on Morality triggers except for the limitation on social dice.
This alternate morality replaces Humanity in all respects. (torpor, daylight activity, etc.)
•- This allows the vampire to begin adjusting morality in minor ways. At this level, 3 triggers for degeneration rolls may be permanently substituted for another. In addition, at the point of decision, the player must thoroughly explain the reason for these deviations from normal conventions of humanity. Alternate morality must show internal cohesion, and show distinct differences from the path of The Beast. (In other words, it can not be an inversion of humanity; that would simply be degeneration.) This level may only effect degeneration triggers for humanity 10, 9, 8, or 7, and this must be bought before subsequent levels. In addition, characters now receive a -1 social die pool penalty to mortals who do not have a similar morality system.
••- This works in exactly the same way as the first level of alternate morality, except that it may be applied to levels 6, 5, and 4. In addition, at this stage, the player is responsible for articulating the rest of the proposed morality system, including foundational philosophy. In addition, characters now receive a total of a -2 social die pool penalty to mortals who do not have a similar morality system. Players may mitigate this by purchasing the socialized deviant merit.

In addition, upon attaining level 8 in this morality system, the vampire may erase the derangement which he or she earned in developing this morality system. This reflects the extent to which this vampire has mastered their fears and doubts and fully committed to this path. At the same time it also represents how the enlightened vampire has come to terms with earlier strains on their psyche.
